Three just hit the market, and homes are moving fast.

Hi {first_name},

Quick update from the neighborhood: three new homes came on the market in Brightwater this week, and they're not sitting long. Lately places are going in about 18 days.

Prices are up around 4% too, which has a few people asking the same question: is now the time? If that's crossed your mind even once, I'm happy to pull together what your place would likely sell for, no pressure, just a straight answer.

Just reply “curious” and I'll take it from there.

Maren

Always on

A check tells you today. Sendable tells you every day.

Email setups drift. A teammate connects a new sending tool, a DNS record gets edited, a provider tightens its rules, someone starts spoofing you. Sendable keeps watching in the background and surfaces what changed, so your deliverability is never something you have to remember to go check.

  • Re-scans on its own, so your domain and deliverability are always freshly checked.
  • Tells you the moment something changes, instead of waiting for you to notice.
  • Your dashboard is always the latest picture, never a report that went stale weeks ago.

Let's be straight with you

Nobody can tell you exactly why one email got filtered.
We help you stop the next one from getting filtered at all.

What no tool can do

Read Gmail's mind, one email at a time.

Inbox providers don't publish a per-message reason. If 280 emails missed, no honest tool can hand you 280 specific explanations. Be wary of any tool that claims it can.

What Sendable does

Check every send against the rules the inbox providers actually publish.

We follow the sender guidelines and best practices Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo put out, and we keep up with their changes so you don't have to. Sendable flags what's likely hurting your placement and tells you how to fix it, so more of your next sends land.

The question everyone asks first

“So… are you reading all my email?”

No. Here's exactly how it works.

You add one little tag after your name with a +. Mail to +audit still lands in your normal inbox, and it's the only thing in your mailbox Sendable can ever see.

maren@gmail.com   your real inbox
maren+audit@gmail.com   the only tag we read
Domain (DMARC) reports go to a dedicated address we give you (rua@in.sndbl.com) so they're audited properly and never touch your inbox.

We see

  • Emails to your +audit alias
  • DMARC reports sent to the address we give you
  • Who's sending as your domain

We never see

  • Your personal email
  • Your contacts or clients
  • Anything not sent to your +audit alias

FAQ

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Is Sendable reading all of my emails?
No. The only thing in your mailbox we read is mail sent to your +audit alias. Your personal email, your contacts, anything not addressed to that tag, we never see it, full stop. (Domain reports go to a separate dedicated address, never your inbox.) And you can revoke access in one click from Google Security whenever you like; the connection simply stops.
Does it actually work?
We're honest about this: no tool can guarantee a specific email reaches a specific inbox. The providers don't share their actual filters. What Sendable does is check your email against the sender rules and guidance Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo publish, plus established deliverability best practices, and flag what's likely to hurt you. We keep up with their changes so you don't have to. Fix what we flag and more of your mail lands. We're in beta gathering the numbers to prove it, and early users are how we get there.
How accurate is the score?
Straight answer: the score is an informed estimate, not live data from inside Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo. No tool has access to that. We build it from your authentication setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), your domain and sending reputation, and what each provider expects under the bulk-sender rules Google and Yahoo rolled out in 2024 and Microsoft brought to Outlook in 2025. Read it as a direction, not a promise: a low score means there are real problems worth fixing, and a high score means you're set up the way the big providers like to see. If you need exact placement figures, a live seed-list test (sending to real inboxes at each provider and checking where they land) is the way to get them.
Do I need to change how I send email?
Nope. Keep sending from wherever you send today: Gmail, Mailchimp, Brevo, Kit, your CRM, anything. Most email tools have a “test send” button. Just point that at your +audit alias (or forward/BCC a copy of a normal send). Then point your domain's DMARC reporting at us once. That's the whole setup, about two minutes.
Who is this for?
Anyone whose business runs on email reaching real people and who sends from their own domain: newsletter writers, founders, small teams. We're starting with real estate agents, because their whole livelihood rides on staying in front of homeowners.
What does it cost?
Free while we're in private beta. After that it's $24.99/month, but join now and you lock in the founding rate of $14.99/month, guaranteed for 12 months once beta ends. No credit card to start.
Where does my data live?
In Canada. Your data is yours. We don't sell it, and you can disconnect and have it removed whenever you want.
Email, explained simply
What is SPF?
Think of SPF as a guest list for your domain. It's a small record in your domain settings that names which services are allowed to send email as you. When a message arrives, the receiving server checks that list to confirm the sender belongs there. Without it, anyone can forge your address, and your real mail looks less trustworthy. The usual trip-ups: listing more than 10 services (that breaks the record), using a catch-all that lets anyone send as you, or forgetting a tool you actually send from, like your CRM or newsletter app. Sendable checks all of this for you.
What is DKIM?
DKIM is a tamper-proof seal on every email you send. Your sending service signs each message with a private key, you publish the matching public key in your domain settings, and the receiver checks one against the other. If they match, the email is trusted and far more likely to reach the inbox. The thing worth knowing: modern setups use 2048-bit keys. Older 1024-bit keys are considered weak now and are worth upgrading.
What is DMARC, and how does it stop spoofing?
DMARC is the instruction you give receiving servers for what to do when an email claiming to be from you fails its checks. It also asks them to send back reports, which is how you find out who's sending under your name. There are three levels: none just watches and reports, quarantine sends suspicious mail to spam, and reject blocks it outright. The safe way to roll it out is to start at none, read your reports for a few weeks until you're sure all your real senders are accounted for, then tighten up. Sendable's Domain Health does the watching and reporting part for you.
Why does email end up in spam?
Almost always, it comes down to trust. The common culprits: SPF, DKIM or DMARC that's missing or set up wrong, so servers can't verify you. Your sending IP landing on a blacklist. A missing reverse-DNS record, which makes a real server look like a spammer. Too many people hitting "report spam," which trains filters against you. Or content that trips filters: all images and no text, a misleading subject line, or no unsubscribe link. Sendable's audit checks the technical side and flags the content side in plain English.
What are the new Gmail, Yahoo and Microsoft sender rules?
Google and Yahoo began enforcing stricter rules in February 2024, and Microsoft followed for Outlook, Hotmail and Live in May 2025. They kick in around 5,000 messages a day, but they're really the new baseline for everyone. The essentials: have valid SPF and DKIM, publish a DMARC record (even just at the watch-only level), keep your "From" address aligned with the domain you authenticate, include one-click unsubscribe on marketing email, and keep spam complaints under 0.1%. Meet these and your delivery improves no matter how much you send. Sendable checks your domain against all of them.
